Aaron S. Biichle, Esq.
Aaron S. Biichle, Esq., was born and raised in Lycoming County and has been practicing law here for nearly a decade. Aaron graduated from Hughesville High School and went on to attend Mansfield University where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Widener University School of Law where he was the Vice President of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society. He also received an excellence award in Criminal Law as well as Dean’s List status.
Aaron’s first job out of law school was as a Criminal Defense attorney. He successfully represented clients in the Court of Common Pleas in charges ranging from Driving Under the Influence (D.U.I.) to Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Robbery. In 2010, Aaron was appointed Assistant District Attorney of Lycoming County. He enjoyed a successful career as a prosecutor successfully obtaining guilty verdicts in cases ranging from Murder, Aggravated Assault, Rape, and more. Aaron was specially appointed as a Child Abuse/Sexual Assault Prosecutor and enjoyed a 100% conviction rate in murder cases as well during his time as a prosecutor.
His private practice focuses exclusively in the areas of Criminal Defense and DUI Defense. Why did he go back to being a Defense Attorney? Aaron saw too many people receiving inadequate representation throughout the criminal justice system; do not let that person be you! Aaron strives to provide humble, knowledgeable, and compassionate representation so his clients never feel as though they are just another number. What is compassionate representation? It means we do not judge our clients at Biichle Law; we defend them.
Come and experience the difference.
